The full physical supply chain for medical consumables — on-site inventory checks, replenishment from the central warehouse, and warehouse management, including goods receipt with physical inspection, placing supplier orders, and handling out-of-stock, backlog, and expired items. We take care of all the manual work and your entire inventory.
Do MedSupply staff work on-site?

Can MedLog work alongside our existing logistics team?
Yes — that’s a common starting point. The division of labour is based on clear roles and responsibilities, agreed with you: MedLog may take specific locations, categories, or tasks, with your team retaining the rest. We integrate into your business and your processes.
How is MedLog implemented within our organization?
We map your storage locations and consumption patterns, agree the replenishment process per location, and make sure the right material is always at the right location.
